Booking Conditions

1. General

a) The following apply to all bookings made with ALL of ASIA and Beyond and ALL of AMERICA Ltd. The booking conditions and information form the basis of your contract, and all bookings made are subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ALL of AMERICA Ltd operates a Trust Account, which means clients monies are fully protected. For further details of our Trust Account please click on the heading titled “Book Safely”.

b) All rates are in Pounds Sterling and include all local taxes , unless otherwise stated. Any local tax increases after the booking is made may be added to the holiday price.

c) We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, BUT CONFIRMED BOOKINGS ARE GUARANTEED AGAINST INCREASE OTHER THAN THOSE DUE TO LOCAL TAX INCREASES.

d) It is the responsibility of the travel agent and client to check the accuracy of all invoices/confirmations. Any errors must be reported to us within 48 hours from the date printed on the invoice/confirmation or before client arrival, whichever is the earlier.

e) HOTEL GRADES – hotel grades are taken from a number of sources, including the Official Hotel and Resort Guide, local agents or the hotels. These should only act as a guide to clients.

f) HOTELS and BEDDING – Our invoices/confirmations use the terms SINGLE, DOUBLE, TWIN, and QUAD to indicate the number of full paying clients in the room. Clients will be charged the corresponding price.

These rates do not refer in any way to the number or types of beds in the room. For instance a confirmation of a “TRIPLE” room means we have confirmed one room for three full paying clients.
Confirmation of a “TRIPLE room does not mean that there are three beds in the room.

Bedding varies from hotel to hotel but as a general rule:
Single – one bed. Double- One or two beds. Triple/quad – Two double beds.

2. Payment Terms

a) For bookings made more than 8 weeks before the date of travel a non-refundable deposit is required equal to 15% of the total gross invoice cost rounded up to the nearest pound or £100.00, whichever is the greater The deposit is per total booking , not per person. Certain holiday components may require a higher deposit, but you will be advised of this at the time of booking. Bookings made within 8 weeks of date of travel must be paid in full at the time of booking.

b) Full payment is due eight weeks prior to the date of travel. Late payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

Please note cancellations or changes to bookings must be made in writing to us. Verbal advices will not be accepted.

Changes to bookings will be accepted, subject to availability and re-costing of the holiday, up to 8 weeks prior to departure. An administration charge of £15 per room or unit of service will be made. If the amended arrangement is of a lower cost than originally booked we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and apply the charges shown below. Changes to bookings within 8 weeks of departure will be treated as cancellations, as follows.

41+ days prior to the date of the first booked service loss of deposit.
40-15 days prior to the date of the first service booked – 50% of total gross invoice amount , or the deposit, whichever is the greater amount.
If cancelled within 14 days prior to the date of the first service booked the full gross invoice amount will be forfeit.

4. No Shows and “In Transit” Cancellations and Amendments

No shows and cancellations/amendments of booked services after commencement of travel will not be refunded by ALL of ASIA and Beyond or ALL of AMERICA under any circumstances, irrespective of information to the contrary given by hotel staff etc.

5. Changes By the Company.

On occasions it may be necessary to amend certain arrangements of your holiday, which we reserve the right to do so at any time. If a major change occurs we will inform you, or your agent as soon as possible. A major change is one that involves a change of resort area, or a lower class of accommodation. In such instances you can a) accept the new arrangements b) purchase another available ALL of ASIA and Beyond service or c) cancel your service free of charge with no further claims for compensation. If a or b we will pay compensation as follows based on the period before commencement of the first service within major change notified to you or your travel agent.

56+ days no compensation
56-28 days £10 per person
27-15 days £20 per person
14- 0 days £30 per person

Once the change is confirmed and accepted no further claims for compensation or additional expenses will be accepted. No compensation will be paid or liability accepted if a change is made due to force majeure; risk/threat of war, industrial disputes, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural/nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions or similar events beyond our control. All Of Asia and Beyond reserves the right due to operational reasons to substitute hotels of equal or superior quality when necessary.

6. What to do if you have a problem or complaint:

If you have complaint about any of our services or facilities which make up your holiday you have a legal duty to inform the actual supplier of those services or facilities as soon as possible. If you do not do this it may affect your legal rights and may reduce or even extinguish any compensation which you might otherwise be entitled to receive.

If you have a serious problem which cannot be resolved you should contact the offices of ALL of ASIA and Beyond here in the UK in normal working hours. If your problem is still not resolved you should contact us in writing within 28 days of the last service provided by us. If you fail to follow this procedure our ability to investigate your complaint may be seriously hampered and we reserve the right to reject without liability your complaint.

7. Responsibility

ALL of ASIA and Beyond does not manage, control or operate any of the services featured and therefore assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, accident or delay which may be caused by or at any of the services featured in this programme.
